Good Things

1. I have a job I enjoy with the prospect of a promotion soon ( huge :crossedfingers: )

2. Despite the weight, I am frighteningly healthy

3. I have OH, who, despite my attempts to make him think otherwise, thinks I'm a bit of alright.

4. I have a kitten who thinks I am the best thing ever since Whiskas Kitbits were invented (and who is piling weight on even quicker than me - he is 9lbs now)

5. Despite being well above the weight limit for my bike, I havent broken it yet

6. I do have some good friends, who ignore my moods and tantrums and the fact I ignore them for weeks.

7. I bought my favouritest album in the world for the 100th time yesterday (needed as previous copies have been borrowed/scratched/played too much..)

8. OH bought me a car yesterday for my birthday :thud:

OH bought me a car for my birthday (incidentally...in April). X reg Yaris :thud: Newest car I've ever had!

Debating whether to have a Muller Light Yoghurt for breakfast - I've done 300calories already on the bike. I may do. Should really be eating less thanks to banoffi pie & champagne truffles yesterday but it was sooooo good. Damn OH and his ability to eat huge portions every 2 minutes and still lose weight AND not be as active as me!!!

I dont know why he puts up with me. I was horrific and vile to him last night, burst into tears for no reason and told him to leave (!!) and still he does nice things. I really don't deserve him.

Kitten being very cute and cuddly too. Love him when he's like this - he likes to be near but isnt so keen on cuddles so when he does have them I like to hold him for hours. Normally he picks the most inconvenient time to be cuddly but today seems to be a good day.

Batteries ran out on my scales last night, so using OHs old ones for now - I can't see the dial on them! Must find out where to get lithium batteries from...

Food today: 3 cups of tea, 6 champagne truffles (had to finish them...), FB salad-lettuce,rocket,tomatoes,sping onion,ham,grated mozzerella(use less),eggmayonaise), 1 muller light yoghurt. Tea is pasta and bolognese sauce with garlic bread. Half a iced fairy cake, 1 Thorntons milk chocolate lollipop.

Hateful Day

Fat.

salad - lettuce, rocket, tomatoes, spring onions, mozzerella, ham, egg mayonaise. Mince, garlicky potatoes, peas, carrots, gravy, mint sauce, 1 banoffi pie. 4 chocolates.

1000calories.

General consensus - dont waste Drs time.

Sigh.

Bad Day

3lbs on this morning.

Still, 1000 calories done, 1 salad (ham, egg mayonaise & avacado) 1 packet French Fries, pork, gravy, brussells, carrots, jacket potato & mozzerella.

K here :grump: so OH and he are locked in the living room together and it is clear that I am Not Invited.

SC showed me her ring. Its.....not what *I* would pick. The bitch in me is mildly gratified it isnt real diamonds and cost £40. I KNOW its the thought and the sentiment etcetc, but....I want a Nice ring if me and OH ever get engaged! Have been looking at Tiffany website....Prices start at £6750. Maybe not....

Still pissed off.

Good Day

Good day for weight loss, presents and feelings.

Bad day for weight loss generally.

OH got me a lovely card, a HUGE bag filled to the brim of Lush stuff and LOADS of chocolates (thorntons). Feelings = much more chilled towards people in general.

Bad day - well, I had to eat the chocolates, plus the croissants I'd bought me & OH, and just a fat day in general. I wasn't planning on getting on the bike, but I may do later.

Food: 2 croissants (1 with chocolate spread), 1 scotch egg, 1 flapjack, 1 salad with avacado and chicken, loads of chocolate, lots of boobs (boiled sweets lol) and then roast pork, mashed potatoes, green beans carrots, yorkshire puddings & mint sauce and then rasberry & apple pie with custard. Half bottle white wine

Re job - they're not doing anything yet. About anything. Arse.

ETA: 9.25. Done 202 calories on the bike lol. Better than nowt!

A nice surprise this morning

But will try and keep it quiet till tomorrow lol.

Lovely day off today - went into Harrogate On My Own - this is a big thing. The (only) car park I know of was shut (horror) so had to drive until I found one, then find my way back to the shops! Managed it though although I did go down a couple of dead ends and had to walk back along them, trying it make it look as if I'd MEANT to walk that way. Also managed to avoid getting lost on the way home :result:

Bought: 2 bras and 3 pairs of matching pants :lol: (as if I dont have enough knickers now), Bring it On DVD (not as good as I remembered!), couple of magazines, Lush Stuff, pre ordered Casino Royale for OH valentines day, then also for him some thorntons turkish delight, some fruit flavoured boobs, chocolate paint, and 'lust dust' :heehee: also found a clip frame for NeedyKittens picture at long last. Have bought some croissants for tomorrow morning too. Just need to make sure I get up first!!

Have done 1050 calories today on the bike, maybe do some more later although I am knackered!

Food: 1 Almond croissant, 1 bowl of Greek yoghurt with blueberries & raspberries, 1 cup of tea, 1 bowl of white pasta with cheese sauce, cheese and sausages

I have been very good and made myself some eggmayonnaise to put in my salads - 2 eggs and Very Light Mayonnaise - got to be better calorie wise than the stuff I bought last week? Cheaper anyway. Although I *did* use the last of the eggs.

stupid silly rude horrid bitch

a customer in today. Would it have killed her to be polite, or, at the very least, civil for TEN minutes? Silly bitch.

Food: salad (lettuce/rocket/tomatoes/spring onion/ham/mozzerella/light salad cream), 1 packet french fries, 1 banana, 1 bowl pasta, cheese sauce & ham.

1000calories on bike.

Untold stress levels thanks to dozy bint above.

Have made a Drs appt re weight. It can't be right that what I eat + the exercise I do = if not weight gain, then an increase in dress size. Surely it shouldnt take 3 month to lose a stone?

No idea what they can say or do - am seriously wondering if I can qualify for stomach stapling on NHS :unsure: Lets hope so - appt is weds 21st.

Raaaahhhhhh

Food: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, spring onion, egg mayonaise, ham, mozzerella, rocket) french fries, stew from yesterday without dumplings but with yorkshire pudding, muller light yoghurt, half slice bread.

Done 200calories on the bike, can't really be bothered to do anymore, tbh.

Better day at work today. Sending SC to shed tomorrow so I dont have to look at her.
