another could go either way

Not eaten yet today, but is mine and OHs anniversary (a year!) and he is cooking.

We had:

filled potato skins with cheese, bacon and mayonnaise
lasagne and garlic bread also topped with cheese and bacon
after 8 ice cream with some pistachio ice cream
4 marzipan fruits

Do love him.

Bad food day :(

Work was lazy - no work was done yesterday orders-wise so spent whole day stood pricing things up. Forgot my pedometre (calorie counter) but probably just as well.

bowl porridge
flake
potato snacks
pork & pasta in cheese sauce
garlic bread
pecan cookie
'Kinder Delice' - we got it in france, chocolate and coconut.
chunk wensleydale
chunk cheddar
3 slices marzipan stollen
lindt style chocolate - last 4 a surprise from OH.
Half bottle rose

I'm so pissed off. Where has my self control gone?

hey ho

Another day off - things are much harder to resist when you are sat in front of them :rolleyes:

Still, ran for 10 minutes and did the Hard Walk (which, :eek: is no longer as hard as it was....) and have burnt more calories than I did yesterday.

However:

1 bowl porridge
1 banana
1 muller light yogurt. :sigh:
3 chocolate tree decorations
4 chocolates
pizza

Heyho, off to do some tidying which I should have done this morning. Still OHs presents are all wrapped now, even birthday ones. Check me out.

Also, as a :thumbsup: I did not put weight on yesterday. I am back on a downwards trend. (possibly not having eaten that pizza & chocolates :rolleyes: )

Not unexpected

But still :(

Had put on 1lb since last Tuesday.

Porridge
1 banana
1 packet cheese heads (128 calories)
2 Christmas tree chocolates
2 squares of tear&share (kind of like choc chip brioche)
tea is same as yesterday.

Went for 2 walks and kept busy at work - have burnt 242 calories. So fairly shit, but has burnt off the cheeseheads and hopefully the T&S.

Grrrr.

I have until tomorrow morning to lose 2lbs or more to make this week count as a weight loss week. I dont think I'm going to.

I can't wait till I've lost a few dress sizes. I can shop in more shops then. Was so painful on Saturday trying to point out to OH that I *had* to find something to wear in one particular shop cos nowhere else did clothes big enough for me. Ended up in tears in the changing room :rolleyes:

I know it has to come off slowly other wise it will go back on quickly but still. I suppose though even if I DO put on this week, if I spread last weeks weight loss over 2 weeks, it's still a respectable loss, isn't it?

I still can't tell OH I am trying again with losing weight, otherwise he only lets me eat plain food and 2 bits of fruit for lunch. That just makes me crave the bad stuff even more. I will do it. My first aim is to be XWstone by end of January.

Anyway: food today:

1.5 slices toast & chocolate spread
hald emmentaal & salami sandwich
1 chicken & salad cream sandwich
1 banana
1 kinder chocolate thing we got from france
2 christmas tree chocolates
beef
2 x yorkshire puddings
mashed potatoes
beans
carrots
gravy
mint sauce
smarties icecream
3/4's bottle white wine

Not holding my breath for losing any weight tomorrow :(

Didnt walk into town. Part cross and part relieved although had we known we were walking back we wouldnt have bought so much stuff :rolleyes:

Hmmmmmm

Well. I havent put on. Unfortunately I havent lost either - and this is from last Tuesday. Even if its just a pound!!

Was very drunk last night though - got major headache now :lol:

2 x slices toast & marmite
2 x slices toast & chocolate spread
1 packet potato snacks
roast beef
2 x yorkshire puddings
roast potatoes
brussells
carrots
gravy
mint sauce

I have just run for 10 minutes, will probably do so later on as well, and maybe some yoga too. Bending down is an effort lol, my head is sore. I did run for another 10 minutes, but no yoga.

Good night though last night.
