Cor dear, I have been in a FOUL mood all day. I pity my colleagues - I have taken it out on each and every one of them. I will end up in a 'boss from hell' feature one day.
1 packet crisps, 2 cups tea, some chip shop chips, 1 kitkat finger, 1 chunk pie d'angloys, tea is spaghetti bolognese with mozzerella & french stick.
Done 600 calories - felt so dire when I got up this morning I wasnt going to do any, but did 100 to show willing, then did another 500 when I got back from work.
Off to babysit now, joy.

K-nackered
1 FB Salad (spring onion, rocket, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mozzerella, ham, egg white & salad cream), 1 kiwi fruit, 1 packet French Fries, 1 Lindt chocolate, 1 bite sausage & egg sandiwch (ick), chicken, wrapped in bacon with stuffing in middle & mozzerella on top, mashed potato, brussells, carrots, 2 yorkies, gravy. Bit peckish still and tin of Roses still to get through.
SC & SB werent too bad. Helped that I packed SC off to the shed for the morning.
I am so tired, I had approximately 3 minutes unbroken sleep last night - if it wasnt NeedyKitten bounding about the bed in search of the MonsterSpider, OH was wide awake and asking me stupid questions, such as poking me in the back and asking if I was awake. Reply would be an emphatic 'no', he'd get in a sulk, then carry on a conversation anyway, then get offended when I fell back asleep halfway through.... Men!
1050 calories on the bike today - 2 hours.
Babysitting tomorrow night, so pizza, possibly takeaway for tea. Hohum. Probably not enough time to do 1000calories either.

Jealousy is such an ugly emotion
I can't help it, I really can't. I assume every girl OH looks at, he's sizing up for Potential New Girlfriend Material, which means I feel like shit and get in a grump, so OH does too, so we're both in an arse with each other and neither of us will unbend. I can see us splitting up over it, but I can't help myself. I can't be happy for friends or family who have acheived anything fantastic, I just say well done and quietly seethe it isnt me, despite not doing anything to make it happen for myself.
I am jealous of people with money, people who are confident within themselves, people who seem to drift through life with no worries or problems at all.
Major changes may be happening at work. Owner of shop not happy with Big Manager so AM and MM having meeting with him a week on Monday. :crossfingers: my job title/pay gets bumped up a bit. SillyCow (SC) and StupidBoy (SB) working tomorrow. Might be horribly mean, might ignore pair of them and do all the fricking work myself.
Food wise, not good. Not Horribly Bad, but not angelic, like I'd hoped. 1000 calories on bike though.

Shock
2lbs off today, so a stone in total :thud: since I started.
Only 300calories on the bike :blush: but as I was planning on allowing myself to succumb to cold and do bugger all, I'm quite pleased I did that.
1 ham & pie d'angloys minifrench stick, 3 Lindt chocolates, bowl yoghurt with rasp/blue/blackberries, 1 apple bake bar, 1 slice mozzerella, 1 huge bite of french stick & chocolate spread, half slice bread & flora. No weight loss this week
I'm sure of it, another bad day today.
4 cups of tea, 1 large biscuit with icing, limey chicken & pilau rice, 4 belgian chocolates, 3 biscuits with toffee & chocolate on, some Japanese Rice Crackers (whatever they are...) salt and vinegar French Fries, and a salad from some place which delivers - was great but about 1000000 calories. Lettuce, onions, peppers, gerkins, rocket, sweetcorn, chicken, egg, mozzerella.....It was good :nod:
I cant be arsed to type anymore, done my 1000 calories on bike, but why dont I have any self control? Tempted to do more later, but my arse HURTS.
I miss horses, but bizarrely, it's the mucking out I miss. How....odd.

Easiest £25 I've ever earnt....
Just been doing some market research, took an hour, was given a twix and a cup of tea, and was given £25 and sent merrily on my way. Result!
Food: (bad!!) half a bacon sandwich, pot of blue/rasp/blackberries, porridge, cheese & onion french fries, 5 cups of tea, beef, mashed potatoes, 2 yorkshire puddings, beans, carrots, gravy, mint sauce, 2 slices salami, 1 huge chunk pie d'angloys, 1 twix finger, 10 (TEN!!!) Roses chocolates, half bottle Rose Gallo wine.
Bad. Done 1200 calories. Nearly dead.
Work, soso.

am currently PLUS 2lbs to what I was on Wednesday so thought fuck it and have eaten Bad Stuff today :rolleyes:
4 cups of tea, roast beef (salmon cut, no fat, apparently) 2 HUGE yorkie puddings, brussells, carrots, tiny potato, mint sauce, gravy, porridge, pack maltesers, 2 spoons of beef stew, pack salt & vinegar french fries.

Done 1000 calories on the bike though, and my pedometre would have me believe that I've burnt nearly 200c at work. I doubt it though.
hungry still :blush: and I am literally just finishing my last mouthful of Fat Tea.

:bawling: I hate shopping
Went to FatShop.
I dont fit in their trousers, nor the ones a friend gave me as I have put ON size.
Eaten: 2 x jelly-cherries, 1 bowl of plain yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, limey chicken & rice for tea, 2 cups of tea, 2 x croissants with nutella, 1000 calories on the bike.

Bad Food Day
Added to being a spoilt brat and 'everybody hates me' :rolleyes:
I am being horrific to OH, I know I am, but I cant quite stop myself and I hate myself for it.
Food: Half a bacon & mushroom sandwich (white bread), blueberries, porridge, c&o French Fries, 3 cups of tea, 1 french stick sandwich with ham & pie d'angloys and for tea we are having wine, (homemade) pizza and garlic bread.
To counteract this, I have done 1000 calories on the bike and did 130 at work. Pedometre seems fine now, so maybe I was more active than I thought yesterday. Doubtful.
Cross with myself with the sandwiches - as soon as I smelt it at work I HAD to have some, and then tonight, I was so hungry I could have eaten the kitten. Hadnt helped that we went food shopping straight from work.

still being a brat
Another day, another foul mood.
Caught 2 members of staff, who having had a verbal warning yesterday, having a biscuit eating contest :banghead: I need to learn to be more assertive, fast!!
Eating wise : 3 cups of tea, tub of blueberries and raspberries mixed, porridge, salt and vinegar french fries, 1 chocolate biscuit, half a sausage sandwich and beef stew (beef, lentily stuff, 3 homemade dumplings, brocolli and carrots in it) for tea.
Very nasty weather - road to work was allegedly shut due to floods - we had 77 customers in ALL DAY.
Something else I wanted to blog, but cant remember what it was. Have done my 800calories on the bike, contemplating doing another 200, but I'll get cross now if I dont manage 1000 any other day.....BUT if I only do 800 today, I might get bored and only do 600 tomorrow. This is where my self discipline really has to kick in. Pedometre said 241 calories by the time I finished work - bollocks cos I have done very little today. I must have managed to change my weight or something.

I'm in a foul mood this evening and no idea why. Well, I'm more than slightly pissed off at the pathetic 1lb off this week, but I knew that was coming.
OH has confiscated my scales. I've been fine all day about that, dont think its that.
The big managers told off *my* staff, which technically is my fault as I have been pleading with their better nature to behave and actually work. Clearly they both hate me and I now have to be horrid to them. I can do that. That hasnt pissed me off.
I am tired though - that could be it.
I have done 1000calories on the bike tonight - 400 before work, 600 during this evening. Took me 2hours 20 minutes all told - the most boring 2h20 I think I've ever done and my arse is killing. Needed to though - definately did not do my 100 calories at work, and somehow my pedometre keeps setting itself to zero. Last time I saw it I think it was about 60ish - this was about 4pm though so no chance I did enough to get to 100c before finished work.
I'm also annoyed because something I said about someone (which I was told I would be backed up with :rolleyes: ) -in a public place, no secrets- didnot go down too well with friends. My 'friends' who said they would back me up would apparently rather stick with the group. Oh well. Actually, it probably was that. I've been in an arse since then.
Anyway, food: handful blueberries, handful raspberries, porridge, swiss roll (hence the extra 200c!), cheese & onion French Fries, toad in the hole, brussells, carrots gravy.

I hate days off
If I worked, constantly, with my OT at time & a half - I could be out of debt by November! Some hope.
1 scotch egg, 2 cream & jam biscuits, 1 cup of tea, handful blueberries, handful raspberries, pasta, cheese sauce, chicken breast, peas, sausages, 250ml smoothie (55kcals per 100ml), 3/4's bottle of white wine. OH was meant to be sharing, but obviously I drink quicker :lol:
Managed my 1000calories on the bike today, but my god does my arse hurt now :lol: Wont be able to do it on a work day. Spent the evening in the bath ridding stray hairs before weigh day tomorrow - then promptly heavied-myself back up again by pouring moisturiser into everywhere that had been plucked/shaved. Typical.
My picture came today, I LOVE it. Need to find a nice frame now :lol:

Pfffffft
I Am Stuffed - I've just eaten tea.
Did 400calories on the bike before work this morning, still only 100 at work (is my pedometre stuck at 100?! :lol: ) and another 400 this evening. My knees are about to give out :lol:
Not looking good for a weightloss this week :(
4 cups of tea, 1 clementine, 1 banana, 1 bowl porridge, 1 packet french fries, 1 almond raison & cranberry bar, lasagne, lettuce and garlic ciabatta bread. Very yummy, but 284calories a quarter and me and OH split it in half!!
ETA@10.40 - just done another 120 calories on the bike.....

Sung in style of craig david :nod: Its amused me so much today that by the time I've stopped singing it, I'm more or less at the 100 mark I aim for.
Just got 100 calories left to do on the bike - managed 100 at work, just!! We're only open for 6 hours on a Sunday opposed to the usual 8.5, so was harder work today.
Served somebody Famous in the shop as well - she was nice :) but vv clueless about what food for her dog :lol:
Food: 1 bowl porridge, 1 satsuma, 1 banana, 1 packet salt & vinegar French Fries. Tea is Lasagne and garlic ciabatta bread & lettuce. 3 cups of tea.
I'm hungry now.

I've been thinking though - will dramatically cutting my food intake & increasing my exercise just mean that all I'm doing is training my body to stay at this weight? Or will I actually lose weight? I can't believe that by not doing as much exercise on wednesday and thursday, I put on 2lbs :bawling:
EDIT: Can't remember when I measured my boobs, but have just done it again - it was recently I measured them. Anyway, I've lost a back size and 10 (TEN!!!!) cup sizes :thud: :lol: Slightly remotivated :lol:

Today: 4 cups of tea, 1 bowl porridge, 1 packet crisps, 1 hazlenut & pistachio bar, plate of pasta and bolognese sauce, lettuce and garlic bread.
Did 300calories before work, 100 at work and have just done another 300 - will aim for another 100 before tonight is out! Just went for a walk (up 2 steep, but short, hills) which burnt a pathetic 49 calories. ETA and done the final 100 - so, 100 @ work, 700 on bike and a poxy 49 on that stupid walk.

Back :)
It was interesting - more interesting really was what WASNT said and shown, but it always is.
Yesterday, I ate: 1 bowl porridge, 1 banana, 1 99calorie bag of crisps, 1 flapjack, 3 chocolate chip cookies, 1 ham & pie d'angloys sandwich, 1 chicken ham & mayonaise sandwich, 1 bit of turkish delight.
Today: 1 1/4 egg sandwich, 1 1/4 cheese, mayonaise & chive sandwich, some crisps, 2 bits banana bread, celebration sweets, bag maltesers, quiche, pork, mashed potatoes, beans, carrots, yorkshire puddings (2), gravy, 1 cup of tea, 1 hazlenut & pistachio bar.
Got on scales when I got home -before tea -(fully dressed, although in a t-shirt, not fleece or anything) and was XX.13. So not put on as much as I thought, but definately put on. Managed 500 calories on the bike so far so will do my best to get it to at least 700 before bed.
Edited @ 9.10pm - have done my 700calories - so I've proved to myself I can do it all on an evening and not die - I think by end of next week I should aim to be doing 200 before work & 700 after... As I get fitter it should be quicker - I did 200calories fairly easily as soon as I came back, slowly, but I did it. But, OTOH, I had just spent a day doing bugger all. I also weighed myself a few minutes ago - I know I've just eaten, but after being XX.13 when I came home, wearing same clothes, just having eaten, I was XY.3 again :bawling:

(this is assuming I lose 2lbs overnight btw - if I dont I'll have put on FOUR lbs!!) I think I am destined for the rest of my life to eat 1 lettuce leaf and exercise for 10 hours a day to become a size 14 :(
Yesterday, I ate: 1 bowl porridge, 1 banana, 1 99calorie bag of crisps, 1 flapjack, 3 chocolate chip cookies, 1 ham & pie d'angloys sandwich, 1 chicken ham & mayonaise sandwich, 1 bit of turkish delight.
Today: 1 1/4 egg sandwich, 1 1/4 cheese, mayonaise & chive sandwich, some crisps, 2 bits banana bread, celebration sweets, bag maltesers, quiche, pork, mashed potatoes, beans, carrots, yorkshire puddings (2), gravy, 1 cup of tea, 1 hazlenut & pistachio bar.
Got on scales when I got home -before tea -(fully dressed, although in a t-shirt, not fleece or anything) and was XX.13. So not put on as much as I thought, but definately put on. Managed 500 calories on the bike so far so will do my best to get it to at least 700 before bed.
Edited @ 9.10pm - have done my 700calories - so I've proved to myself I can do it all on an evening and not die - I think by end of next week I should aim to be doing 200 before work & 700 after... As I get fitter it should be quicker - I did 200calories fairly easily as soon as I came back, slowly, but I did it. But, OTOH, I had just spent a day doing bugger all. I also weighed myself a few minutes ago - I know I've just eaten, but after being XX.13 when I came home, wearing same clothes, just having eaten, I was XY.3 again :bawling:
NeedyKitten torn between being overjoyed we're back and sulking cos we left him :lol:
Edited again 10.50pm - just weighed myself after bath. I've definately put 2lbs on :bawling: HOW, after doing 500calories less for 1 day and basically eating bread the next, can it have out 2lbs on?! Before I go
Not really looking forward to tonight/tomorrow - tonight is a 3 hour, rush hour, car journey to my parents, straight from work with no shower, nothing, then having to sit and make small talk when I'm tired and want to wash and go to bed :blush: then tomorrow, trundling round a petfood company listening to all their new product lines. I have things I'd far rather be doing - biking, internet, pulling my toenails out.... No idea when we'll be back tomorrow but at a guess, too late to do anything worthwhile on the bike.
Anyway, hasnt the weightloss for this week been a bit good? :lol: Very on target for new goal!! Maybe even on target for the goal I set back in November before I put it all back on again!
Just done 200calories on bike - think thats it till Friday!

What an odd day
Back to work, urgh. Felt dire for morning, then was fine for afternoon. Worked through all my breaks so came home an hour early - also meant though that all I've eaten tonight was tea :S
Managed my 700calories though(!!) - 124 at work (200 is just an ambition too far) and 700 on the bike - although did 100 before work. I was bored and did another 100, so 824 is my grand total for today.
Not entirely convinced there isnt something going on between asst manager and member of staff, who is allegedly having an affair with someone else.
3 x slices tomato/cheese/salami/beef pizza & 3 x slices garlic bread. 3 x cups of tea, half bottle Gallo White Zinfadel. Yes, I'm pissed.
Off to parents tomorrow so may not get chance to blog - infact I very much doubt I will. Will have to post Wednesdays weight on Thursday :rolleyes: Even if I stay the same as I was this morning, it is a Good Loss, may, miraculous loss. Also, as at parents, no biking. Must see this positively as a Good Thing ( break :nod: ) and not use it as an excuse not to bother getting on again. Today I did over what I was planning to do calories-wise.... I thought I would struggle with 700 - depends on how bored I am on an evening. Managed 300c within an hour without dieing - this is good for me.

Off to Docs
In a bit, for Open Surgery - lasts an hour and you sit and wait and are called in in order - will get there for 10.15, but how long will I be waiting? All bets are on :lol:
Another lb down this morning - at this rate I'll be 10stone by February :lol: So, as I've hit the target I wanted to hit by the end of january, I'll increase it to a stone :D
So, walking to Drs, I'll try and find my pedometre, but I reckon its about 100calories there and back. Back is up the hill, so could be more.
Hope they give me some antibiotics - I think I'll need a note too :unsure: this is my 4th day off work.
Going into town could be fun, being so close to Bad Food and Nice Things but must resist.
EDIT: Sat waiting for an hour. Got told nothing wrong, but given 500mg Amoxicillin anyway :dunno: A pathetic 62 calories burnt walking to & from Drs :rolleyes:
Eaten: 1 bowl porridge(138c)(more than normal milk-probs125c), 1 crumpet & flora light(115c), packet baked cheese things (Walkers-99c), 1 carton apple juice(110c), 1 440ml bottle apple and cranberry Fruit Spring (30c). So thats 755c on lunch already :unsure: cross I had the apple juice cos I didnt need it as had already bought the Fruit Spring. Rahh!! Anyway, tea, (not on a side plate today :rolleyes: ) beef, 2 yorkshire puddings, mashed potatoes, beans, carrots, sprouts, peas and gravy. Full today!
I've burnt 700calories on the bike today - dont know how I'll fit all this in when I'm back at work tomorrow :unsure:
So, actually, with 62 calories gone from walking to Drs, I've done 762! I've worked off those stupid drinks!
Also discovered an 'easier' way on the bike - do 10 calories 'slow', 1 minute 'fast' (atm = 10/11calories), 10 calories slow, then 2 minutes fast etc till I get to 100. Just did my last 100calories in 10.25 :acclaim:
*whisper* I believe there may be a difference in my legs already....
