copious amounts double vodka & cokes
Went on a shopping spree earlier. Spent a lot, mainly on stuff for tonight :rolleyes:
I fit comfortably into a size 28 now :bawling:

Am stuffed.
Didnt eat anything else last night and spent the whole evening bouncing about - band were FAB.
Today I have eaten:
Lots of celebrations chocolates
a banana
7 chocolate biscuits
lemon thai soup
baguette & margerine
mince
mashed potatoes
gravy
mint sauce
brussells
carrots
yorkshire puddings
6 Lindt chocolates
1 lemon tart
3/4's bottle wine
Made up for yesterday. uncomfortably full now. Bah humbug to christmas
Tomorrow I will have put back on the 2lbs I lost yesterday grrrr.

Hmmmm. The Christmas Badness Has Begun.
LOTS of celebration chocolates
5 cups of tea
1 bowl porridge
1 banana
toad in the hole
mashed potato
carrots
brussels
(the veg is a guess, tea not cooked yet lol)
Not so good today - was stocktaking so lots of sitting counting and not much running up and downstairs. Did the 'hard' walk (UP!) with OH this evening, still burnt a pathetic amount of calories but still, more than I would have. Quite pleased I did it - thought I may have a heart attack lol also I recovered much quicker than I thought I would.
Started reordering stuff after what happened sunday. Suspect little bastards will wait till we've restocked and then do it again. The loss of stock + loss of sales = HUGE defecit and no Christmas bonus *cries*
Off to see a band tomorrow night, I can't WAIT. I doubt I'll be the oldest there, but the last time I saw them live was NINE years ago!!! Stu, who we're going with saw them 14 years ago! So drinking tomorrow night, then christmas party Saturday. Suspect this will be a putting on week.

20.10. A loss of SEVEN POUNDS in my first week.
I kind of celebrated today though :rollseyes: so will be back on tomorrow.
1 syrup porridge
1 banana
some cheese snack things
5 lemon tarts
bit of chocolate (like, really, a bit - about half a 'slab' on a bar)
tea is pasta and pork in a tomato sauce - hopefully with mozzerella
Half bottle Piat D'Or
Minimal exercise, work was still spent clearing up the fallout from Sunday night so not much trotting up and down stairs.
Anyway. HALF A STONE. If only I could keep this up for the next 20 weeks :lol:

Can't decide if good or bad
4 cups of tea
1 jam tart
2 lindt chocolate
1 bowl syrup porridge with blue full fat milk
1 banana
1 packet crispy things (128 calories)
pork, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots, gravy & apple sauce.
Probably dessert too but dont know what.
I am cross that I havent lost more weight, despite the fact I know I HAVE lost a fair amount already. I think its because I put on 2 stone in the last 4 months (dont say it) so I find it hard to actually believe my weight is where it is at the moment - in my head I am still far lighter than I actually am. I'm also cross cos I feel like I've eaten a lot today when I know I havent.
Work got broken into last night. Little scroats. Conservative estimate is about £3.5k retail value of stock pinched. Had to spend all afternoon counting what was left. Most of the stocktake had a long row of zeros by it. Searching eBay now, trying to see if any of the wellies have come up on there. The amount of people though who have either been incandescent we havent allowed them down to the horsey section was unreal - we told them why and they were still foul about it. Or grumbling that we hadnt much stock. I got cross at one point and pointed out that I was very sorry, but as 90% of equine stock was taken last night there wasnt a fat lot I could do about it. One woman was so put out - she had driven TEN MILES and we hadnt got what she wanted. She was FURIOUS. I had to walk away in the end otherwise I would have belted her. Customer service? Never heard of it.

I am getting Cross.
Breakfast (made by OH as a surprise)
2 croissants, 1 with bacon (fried) and cheese, 1 with chocolate spread
1 cup of tea
having roast pork for tea tonight.
Stayed same again. Cross.
EDIT:
I have just run for 11minutes. In the house, natch. Dont want people seeing me and my blubber about town. Had to have a quick break at 5 minutes though. Don't know how long, but not very long - about 30 seconds. Less than a minute anyway.
Sweating like the fat pig that I am, heart is going and I have allegedly burnt 63.9 calories.
Trouble is am only going to be able to do this when OH is out. Feel ridiculous enough doing it my own without him gawping at me too.
For some reason I can't edit the sidebars :unsure: :cross:

Tea will be roast pork, crackling, apple sauce, carrots, brussell sprouts, yorkshire pudding and mashed potatoes. Also drunk 2 more cups of tea and a pint of apple juice/lemonade.
Worked out that despite the exercise I will have accumulated 1740 calories today.
