I know I said I'd give up over Christmas, but this was ridiculous :bawling: I didnt particularly 'give up' - I was still very conscious of what I ate and doing exercise etcetc, but in the last week I have put back on EVERYTHING and more that I lost :bawling:
Have an appointment for represcription of pill tomorrow, suspect I wont be allowed it.
