Bad wind...
Christ, have I got bad wind after last night :S
Food: 1 salad (chicken with lemon & pepper, and no eggmayonaise), 1 Blueberry cheesecake which wasnt near as nice as its potential :lol: then burger with mozzerella, mashed potatoes, carrots, brusells, gravy and ice cream.
Done 500calories on the bike so far. May not do the full 1000 as a/I can't be arsed, b/ OHs sister coming round at 10.30 and c/ still need to bath & wash hair.
SC not too annoying at work. Will see how tomorrow goes.

Horribly quiet day at work, very slow. Off out in a few minutes for Ks birthday. Can't say I'm looking forward to it, but, it should be a nice meal!

New car is LUSH.
Went shopping, still shopping in FatShop, but a size smaller than last time. Swimming costume is size smaller than that due to chest being smaller!! had minispree in LushShop, had lunch in Bettys RIGHT before Drs, which wasnt sensible really, but was lovely.
So, Drs. To certain extents, it was a bit of a waste of her time.... But, she's said if I can lose 3kgs by March 25th, I can have FatPills. :crossedfingers: Shes put me on a new Pill too.
Food: Omelette with peppers and chips in Bettys, pizza and garlic bread, 1 muller light yoghurt, 2 Thorntons Turkish Delights.
Just got back from swimming - I ache already :lol: Really enjoyed it though, and my shoulder seems ok too. I'd love to go 3 times a week (once with DWSarah -tues, once with OH -weds, and once on my own on a thursday...) May be overkill though, same as with the bike. I think my top speed was about 2 miles an hour and I couldnt quite manage 50m without stalling, but as I go more often, it's get better.
It's £3.20 a time, but if I do enjoy it, apparently, you can get a card which gives you free admission every time for £130odd. Might be useful, will look into it on Tuesday when I go with DWSarah.
Out for pub meal tomorrow night with K, TractorJ, his mate and OH. :dunno: how that will go food wise. Or even exercise wise

Very weird driving it :lol: the dashboard is very odd! Cool though.
Food: 1 FB salad, 1 packet french fries, 1 strawberry tart, 1 caramel creme egg, some almonds, some hula hoops and tea is pancakes (some lemon & sugar, some chocolate, 1 ham and cheese, 1 with LOADS of maple syrup...). Have only done 200calories cos of DWSarah coming over.
Off to stroke my car again, its all shiny and its SILVER!!

Hmmmmm
Looks like this swimming idea is actually a goer.
M2 who used to be a lifeguard assures me no-one would look at my body ( :unsure: ) so am off into PoshTown on Wednesday before I go to Drs for a swimming costume, before going to Drs in the afternoon for FatPills (:crossedfingers:) and then hopefully see if there is a swimming session Weds evening.
Food: FB salad (no eggmayonaise, but light saladcream), 1 packet French Fries, jelly sweets, some Yorkie bar, 2 bites sausage sandwich,lamb, mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, yorkshire pudding, gravy, mint jelly.
Sadly, the bras I was excited about being too big yesterday actually are too small when I need to do anything. :( I've gone up a back size :O :O :O :horrified:
Done 1015calories. DWSarah coming over tomorrow (and I get my new car!!) so no biking - just before weigh day too :S

bad day food/bike wise
Plus my shoulder is cracking like anything, and even being on the bike aggravates it :unsure:
Food: 1 muller light, 1 FB salad, 1 packet French Fries, half a pancake with chocolate spread. tea is roast lamb with everything. Hence why its not good I can't bring myself to go on the bike.
Have done about 150calories on it. May well do some later, just can't face the full 1000calories.
MUST see if I can afford weekly pilates lessons. I know it will hurt like anything, but my shoulder pain IS muscular - apparently my shoulder is at 45degrees to the rest of my body, so pilates would help. Just got to get over the embarrassment factor I suppose. Talking of embarassment....I am considering going swimming.
Now THAT would be something for the people of SmallTown to chat about! Don't even know if they do swimming costumes in my size....

Good Things
1. I have a job I enjoy with the prospect of a promotion soon ( huge :crossedfingers: )
2. Despite the weight, I am frighteningly healthy
3. I have OH, who, despite my attempts to make him think otherwise, thinks I'm a bit of alright.
4. I have a kitten who thinks I am the best thing ever since Whiskas Kitbits were invented (and who is piling weight on even quicker than me - he is 9lbs now)
5. Despite being well above the weight limit for my bike, I havent broken it yet
6. I do have some good friends, who ignore my moods and tantrums and the fact I ignore them for weeks.
7. I bought my favouritest album in the world for the 100th time yesterday (needed as previous copies have been borrowed/scratched/played too much..)
8. OH bought me a car yesterday for my birthday :thud:

Debating whether to have a Muller Light Yoghurt for breakfast - I've done 300calories already on the bike. I may do. Should really be eating less thanks to banoffi pie & champagne truffles yesterday but it was sooooo good. Damn OH and his ability to eat huge portions every 2 minutes and still lose weight AND not be as active as me!!!
I dont know why he puts up with me. I was horrific and vile to him last night, burst into tears for no reason and told him to leave (!!) and still he does nice things. I really don't deserve him.
Kitten being very cute and cuddly too. Love him when he's like this - he likes to be near but isnt so keen on cuddles so when he does have them I like to hold him for hours. Normally he picks the most inconvenient time to be cuddly but today seems to be a good day.

SC showed me her ring. Its.....not what *I* would pick. The bitch in me is mildly gratified it isnt real diamonds and cost £40. I KNOW its the thought and the sentiment etcetc, but....I want a Nice ring if me and OH ever get engaged! Have been looking at Tiffany website....Prices start at £6750. Maybe not....

Good Day
Good day for weight loss, presents and feelings.
Bad day for weight loss generally.
OH got me a lovely card, a HUGE bag filled to the brim of Lush stuff and LOADS of chocolates (thorntons). Feelings = much more chilled towards people in general.
Bad day - well, I had to eat the chocolates, plus the croissants I'd bought me & OH, and just a fat day in general. I wasn't planning on getting on the bike, but I may do later.
Food: 2 croissants (1 with chocolate spread), 1 scotch egg, 1 flapjack, 1 salad with avacado and chicken, loads of chocolate, lots of boobs (boiled sweets lol) and then roast pork, mashed potatoes, green beans carrots, yorkshire puddings & mint sauce and then rasberry & apple pie with custard. Half bottle white wine

A nice surprise this morning
But will try and keep it quiet till tomorrow lol.
Lovely day off today - went into Harrogate On My Own - this is a big thing. The (only) car park I know of was shut (horror) so had to drive until I found one, then find my way back to the shops! Managed it though although I did go down a couple of dead ends and had to walk back along them, trying it make it look as if I'd MEANT to walk that way. Also managed to avoid getting lost on the way home :result:
Bought: 2 bras and 3 pairs of matching pants :lol: (as if I dont have enough knickers now), Bring it On DVD (not as good as I remembered!), couple of magazines, Lush Stuff, pre ordered Casino Royale for OH valentines day, then also for him some thorntons turkish delight, some fruit flavoured boobs, chocolate paint, and 'lust dust' :heehee: also found a clip frame for NeedyKittens picture at long last. Have bought some croissants for tomorrow morning too. Just need to make sure I get up first!!
Have done 1050 calories today on the bike, maybe do some more later although I am knackered!

Meh, I am such a grumpy bitch.Spent the day in the shed at work cos I couldnt face LOOKING at anyone without getting in a mood.
SB is just totally ignoring me and I genuinely have no idea what to do next. SC is the culprit - she flirts constantly with him which means he just fucks about all day, as does she, then D starts, cos, well, why should he do all the work on his own?
So the worms - they obviously don't like me enough to respect what I ask them to do, said to SB the other day that SC clearly didnt like me and he said that 'wasnt the case - she was really worried about telling you she was moving in with ST' (ST is my allegedly best friend....who didnt tell me ANY of the whole moving in together stuff until I found out from some one else). Pointed out was only the case cos they knew they were leaving me out of stuff and he just kind of shrugged.
ST & SC in tomorrow - shall we take bets on whether they push me out of stuff ('I know! I'll do this, and ST can do that bit!') It does make it hard that ST used to have my job and seems to forget the past tense when she does come back to work. RAHHHH. She texted me not so long ago and asked if I wanted to go round. I told her I didnt feel well and I'd see her tomorrow. I know its my current obsession with food which is making me like this, its a bloody big coincidence if not that all my friends start to be complete twats all at the same time.

Didn't ride after all
Not really surprised, and not disappointed, really. The shocking news of the day is I got my money off N :thud: Well. Half of it, but she agreed she owes me what i think she owes me, so due another £100 soon - result.
NeedyKitten being horrifically needy - he can't quite cope with the idea of snow, an when he isnt running from room to room trying to hunt it all, he's either sat on my lap telling me all about it, or trying to get onto my lap, telling me how he's going to get there and then how when he's reached my lap, how he killed all the snow :rolleyes:
Only managed 500calories on the bike so far - although did walk N's dogs with her and spent a good 2-3 hours bored stiff watching her muck out & do waters etc. Oh yes, and chat to her friends. Went for lunch in a pub, wish I hadnt but still. Was nice.
Food: 1.5 slices garlic bread, tomatoes & onions, about 10 thick chips, and a chicken & bacon club sandwich, with mayonaise & salad cream too :eek: Wish I'd taken the bread off, but pffft. Done now. Tea will be bolognese sauce & pasta, with a Muller Light vanilla flavour yoghurt and a Twix top.
Had lost weight this morning, although suspect with not being at work + the lunch will have put back on tomorrow. Especially as now, after bath & all food, I weigh the same as I did 2 weeks ago :unsure: :bawling:
Other news - SC been warned re 'bad back'. M1 taken half day hol 'cos there's fuck all to do'. Quite glad I'm not going to be there on Tuesday.

NeedyKitten being horrifically needy - he can't quite cope with the idea of snow, an when he isnt running from room to room trying to hunt it all, he's either sat on my lap telling me all about it, or trying to get onto my lap, telling me how he's going to get there and then how when he's reached my lap, how he killed all the snow :rolleyes:
Only managed 500calories on the bike so far - although did walk N's dogs with her and spent a good 2-3 hours bored stiff watching her muck out & do waters etc. Oh yes, and chat to her friends. Went for lunch in a pub, wish I hadnt but still. Was nice.

Gah
1lb on. Partly pleased its only 1lb, partly upset because its a gain and partly meh about it, because looking at my weightloss 'tracker' it looks like I've lost bugger all for last 3 months :bawling:
Still, it's only 1lb. It will be gone by next week.
Food: 1 FB salad (tomatoes, lettuce, rocket, salad onion, mozerella, ham, cheese & chive stuff), 1.5 bowls (:blush:) of pasta -macoroni & brown pasta- with sausages in a cheese sauce. 1 Roses chocolate. 1000 calories on bike in 1h40m.
Going to see N tomorrow - shes said she will ask if I can ride her friends horse. Both dubious and excited. I haven't ridden since, oof, October? The last time I saw the Furry Boy Bag at her old-new home anyway. What if horse isnt up to weight? Apparently some kind of overgrown Dales type anyway. What if I hate it? What if I love it and miss it huge amounts? As long as ponio is up to weight, then I think I might quite enjoy it. If owner says yes of course. AND I'm meant to be getting my money. I think I'll wait and see re that!
SC getting talking to tomorrow, re Tuesday, 'bad back' and moving house. Own fault, no sympathy. M1, apparently going to be paid off and asked to go. SOOOOO, fingers crossed, good vibes, spinks, whatever, I may be getting a pay rise before too long. Will also put 1 person in particulars nose out of joint, but... pah.
Heavy snow forecast for tonight/tomorrow. Its getting cold now. OH thinks it might be too cold for it. Kitten (despite being of the long haired variety) is ignoring both me & OH to sit by the fire on his own.

Its ok, I'm not ACTUALLY asking for advice or anything.
Still got another 350 calories to do on the bike, will do in a sec. Work, bit crap. SC phoned in sick - but isnt it highly convenient she is also moving tomorrow. Not gone unnoticed and will be questioned on it on Thursday and asked to produce a Drs note (reckons she went this morning).
I appear to be oversensitive and thin skinned. Apparently my 'narky' reply to a question has been overlooked and ppl carrying on as they did before. But. One more comment and I swear to Heat Magazine that I will swing for her. Honest, I will.
Other news - apparently I shall definately get my money on Thursday from N :thud: Wonder if she will give me what she actually owes me, or what she conveniently remembers she owes me.
Food: Salad (rocket, egg mayonnaise, ham, mozzerella, tomatoes, spring onions), French Fries, flapjack, some smarties & some maltesers (shared, didnt count them....), lasagne, lettuce leaves, salad cream & 8 dough balls. 1.5 glasses of wine.
Weigh day tomorrow. I'm not hopeful. Especially as..... :deepbreath: Me and OH weren't exactly careful with the old condoms when I was on antibiotics. I am feeling sick on a morning, and am a day late. To say I am panicking is an understatement. I am very broody atm which doesnt help, but Right Now would very definately be the Wrong Time - what with everything going on at work, I want to be established within the potential new role before I take anytime off, the extra money can go towards paying off my car(s) and saving for The Future. Plus it kind of puts paid to any weight loss plans, doesnt it, really? I think I've pickled it anyway these past 2 days if I am.
I want a baby, badly, just not now..... I think I need to buy a test tomorrow.
